Did you know…

Wilson gooseneck livestock trailers are actually smaller versions of our sales leading, semi-sized Silverstar and Stockmaster livestock trailers. They use the same style of formed-post and punched pan style side panels, high-strength flooring, and corrosion resistant aluminum construction as their bigger brothers. Quite the concept when you are considering which brand of gooseneck livestock trailer will provide the most quality, durability, and performance don't you think?

Advantages and Popular Options

The Foreman has all the same great standard Wilson features plus it utilizes the full compliment of available options giving you the freedom to equip the trailer to your exact specification.

Foreman owners configure their trailers to haul cattle, hogs, sheep from a variety of side hole patterns, rear ends, and divide gates. They also can add more hauling capacity by specifying the trailer with the double deck option.

Review the packages and available options on the following pages then talk to your authorized Wilson sales representative about how you can best outfit your next Wilson trailer.

Advantages

The patent pending catch allows the rear door to be slammed closed and secured. When closing the rear door, the spring-loaded catch grabs ahold of the rear door, allowing the operator more time to engage the lock rod and secure the door the rest of the way shut. Feel more confident and more protected with the new Slam Catch.

Wilson Trailer incorporates embossments into the smooth areas of their stock trailer's side panels. With thorough testing and customer feedback, the embossments have been proven to greatly increase the panel's strength and ability to resist denting. Visual appeal is also enhanced, making Wilson goosenecks supreme, long-lasting trailers.

Wilson pioneered the concept of a fully riveted gooseneck trailer to the market. Riveted construction allows the trailer to flex when needed without the worry of cracking welds.

On the inside of the trailer, the embossments have a minimal depth so animal waste will not adhere to them. The trailers remain easy to clean out, maintain and have better bio-security.

The smooth interior walls are also better to help guard against animal bruising than interior slat side designs.

Precision-formed vertical posts are spaced closer together for extra strength. One of the industry's most unified body designs.

Wilson uses the hardest alloy available with the highest diamond tread height to create a long-lasting floor with excellent traction for livestock. Four corrugations run the full length of the trailer yielding a floor with great strength.

Roof skin stretched to maximum efficiency makes it uncommonly tough for extra life.

Wilson manufactures their heavy-duty gates with fully framed aluminum construction and hinge grease zerks to reduce wear, operate more smoothly, and last longer. The full-width hinges reduce sag, lessen movement in the sidewalls, and provide for stiffer connections.

Water, road dirt, gravel, and animal waste – Nothing can easily get to and damage the trailer's wiring. It's enclosed and protected.
